She kept very busy during her time at BHS: she was the founder of Advocates for Educational Equality, and was a member of Student Government, National Honor Society, Sisterz 4 Sisters, Orchestra, Band, and Tri-M Music Honor Society. Miranda also volunteered at the Prom Dress Fashion Show, Thanksgiving Community Dinner, Noah Farley Run, Binghamton High School Distinguished Graduates' Dinner, & worked on a local political campaign. The Helen Street School stood right next door to the location of the current building. The old school was abandoned in 1916; Thomas Jefferson was formally dedicated in May of 1917. #BPatriotProud

4️⃣ | Graduating at Number 4 in the Class of 2026 is Eva DiNunzio Welch! In addition to her tremendous success in the classroom, Eva is also a decorated athlete outside of it. She is a two-time Section IV champion in indoor track & this spring became the first girls runner in school history to win three individual track & field Sectional titles! Eva plans to run at Division I Lehigh University in the fall where she will study chemical engineering. She encourages future BHS students to get involved in as many activities at school as possible.
