🏫 | We’re so excited to see everyone back in school when all of our students begin on Thursday, September 10th!

🕗Reminder that our school days begin at 7:50 a.m. for Elementary students, 8:25 a.m. for Middle School students, and 8 a.m. for High School students. On Wednesdays at Binghamton High School, the school day begins at 9 a.m., but students at BHS are welcome to arrive at 8:00 a.m.

😴To ensure your child is ready for the start of school, make sure they get at least eight hours of sleep each night and adjust their sleep schedule so they can wake up with enough time to get ready for school.

📖Please encourage your child to read regularly and to spend time in activities that do not involve screen time to ensure they can start the year strong.

📱Keep up with the district leading up to and throughout the school year by downloading the Binghamton City School District app on iPhone and Android.

✏Students receive essential supplies from the school district, such as #2 pencils, pencil erasers, crayons, colored pencils, dry-erase markers, glue sticks, and Kleenex tissues.

The application deadline for interested female Middle and High School students has been extended to August 14.

Sessions take place Saturday mornings from 10 am to 12 pm at Binghamton University from August 29 to November 21.

This opportunity is free for students who apply and are accepted.
