Seven players and one coach from Binghamton High School’s basketball programs have been selected among the best in Section IV. Four players from the boys team and three girls players, along with Head Coach Willie Fann, were selected to represent Binghamton in the Stars & Stripes Classic.

91 players from 20 schools will fill out rosters for eight teams. The boys and girls will each play in a four-team tournament starting on Tuesday, March 19th. The Binghamton boys will play at 7:30 PM on Tuesday with championship and consolation games scheduled for Thursday, March 21st. The BHS girls will tip-off at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 20th; the girls championship and consolation games will be played on Friday, March 22nd. All games are at Union-Endicott High School.
The tournament is sponsored by Southern Tier Board 49 Basketball Officials as a way to highlight some of the top talent in the area. More than 50 NCAA coaches have been invited to attend.
