🎓 TOP 2️⃣5️⃣ OF 2025 | Your valedictorian of the Class of 2025 is Colin McGovern! During his time at BHS, Colin was an active member of Mathletes, French Club, and Steel Drum Band. After receiving his diploma, he'll be heading out to the west coast to double major in Math and French at Stanford University.
Colin's advice to incoming freshmen to use high school as an opportunity to explore their interests through academics and extracurriculars.

🎓 TOP 2️⃣5️⃣ OF 2025 | Your salutatorian of the Class of 2025 is Robert Somers! You've likely seen Robert at plenty of the vocal concerts and plays/musicals, but when he's not lighting up the stage in Helen Foley Theatre, he volunteers for Broome County Public Library and Phelps Mansion Museum, as well as being a mentor in the Mentor Program.
After graduation, he'll be attending the Rochester Institute of Technology. Robert's advice to incoming freshmen is to be kind to one another #BPatriotProud

💰 | Binghamton High School Visions FCU interns recently participated in the credit union's Financial Wellness Intern Capstone Contest. Students were tasked with creating a new product or service - BHS interns created a savings product called Share the Wealth, a program that earns you money when you refer your friends! Binghamton placed second in the contest - congratulations! #BPatriotProud


🎓 TOP 2️⃣5️⃣ OF 2025 | At number 5 is Charlie Ostrander! Charlie was a member of the Orchestra and Steel Drum Band, along with Tri-M Honor Society, French Club, board member of the Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra, vice president of the Gender and Sexuality Alliance Club, and co-stage manager of this past fall's production of "12 Angry Jurors".
After graduation, he'll be going to Middlebury College to pursue a degree in translation and interpretation. Charlie's advice to incoming freshmen is to take electives you find interesting, because they can become your favorite part of the day! #BPatriotProud


👯 | When they're not competing, they're using their talents to give back! This weekend, BHS Competitive Dancers shared the routine they'll perform at July's WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS with residents at Bridgewater Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. They wowed the crowd - as always! #BPatriotProud

🎓 TOP 2️⃣5️⃣ OF 2025 | At number 6 is Celia Hemenway! Throughout her time at BHS, Celia spent much of her time giving back, volunteering at the Binghamton Thanksgiving Dinner, Sisterz 4 Sister Prom Dress Fashion Show, Participating in the Harper Stantz Community Cleanup. She was also the founder of the Christian Teens Club, the president of the Mock Trial Team, a member of poetry club, and played the acoustic guitar in Modern Band.
After graduation, Celia will be heading to SUNY Geneseo to major in early childhood education with a concentration in English. Celia's advice to incoming BHS freshmen is to utilize the extracurriculars/elective courses to help with your future and to try your best #BPatriotProud

🎓 TOP 2️⃣5️⃣ OF 2025 | At number 7 is Olivia Ehmke! She was involved in all things arts through high school, being in Davidge Choir, dance team, and many, many musicals. Olivia plans to be a double major in musical theatre and dance at the University of Buffalo in the fall.
Olivia's advice to incoming freshmen is to try a lot of things out your freshman year, but then narrow your focus and prioritize what you love #BPatriotProud
