Parents And Children Together is an award-winning program that provides support and education for families with children from conception to kindergarten as a Parents As Teachers (PAT's) affiliate, it has been a part of Binghamton Schools since 1986.

PACT is offered at no cost to every family living within the City of Binghamton. PACT provides home visits by highly trained certified parent educator weekly, biweekly or monthly. Parent educators share child development knowledge that is designed to stimulate child development growth. They provide guidance and periodic screenings for each child, and offer information on community agencies, programs and services that can benefit families and children. PACT also holds group meetings and special family events.
