Binghamton City School District seeks candidates for faculty and staff positions that are eager to make the district an even more diverse and inclusive district for its students to thrive within. Support staff positions are City of Binghamton Civil Service positions and may be either competitive or non-competitive. For competitive positions, you must meet Civil Service requirements by having taken an exam or being eligible to take an exam when one is given.

Competitive positions include Clerical, Maintenance, Custodial, Security and Parent Educator positions.

Non-competitive positions do not require an exam and include Registered Nurse, Teacher Aide, School Monitor, Lunch Monitor, Cleaner, Building Maintenance, Groundskeeper and Food Service positions.
