BHS Students Chosen for PTSA 3R Recognition Award
BHS teachers/faculty have an opportunity to recognize one student for the month of December who has demonstrated the characteristics of the 3R’s: Ready, Respectful, Responsible, as identified on the PBIS chart on the opposite side of this page.
These characteristics recognize a range of student academic and social accomplishments. Selection should not be limited to recognizing high academic achievement. Instead, your nomination should be based on a student who has either consistently demonstrated, or made notable improvements, in demonstrating 3R characteristics.
Each teacher/faculty member is asked to nominate one student who you have observed to demonstrate 3R characteristics. A student’s odds of winning are increased the more times they are nominated. All students nominated will be recognized; PTSA will randomly select one student from each grade level to receive a gift card to reward their accomplishments.
