Sincere Williamson was Binghamton's top performer in the indoor state track and field championship in New York City on Saturday. Sincere came away with a pair of medals, placing 5th in the New York State Public High School division, and 7th overall in the 55 meter dash. Williamson also teamed with Antonio Daniels, Egypt Page and Jeremiah Hines to break the Section Four record in the 800 meter relay with a time of 1 minute 32.33 seconds.
Page placed 19th in the long jump, while Daniels took 26th in the 600 meter run. Underclassmen and first time state meet participants Matt Fiato and Jaden Watkins finished 26th and 27th, respectively, in the 25 pound weight throw. For the girls, Grace Perna took 23rd in the triple jump, and Katerina Salcedo ran a leg on Section Four's intersectional medley relay team, which finished 9th.
