Most recently Wiggins has served as the director of the Committee on Special Education for the Greene School District for the past two years. Prior to moving into administration, she served as a general education elementary teacher at 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grades for 11 years at Chenango Valley Central School District. Currently, she plans to complete her 30 days at Greene and start officially at Binghamton on Sept. 29. During this transition, Joyce Westgate will be substituting as principal.
