Dance one of the four arts disciplines that are offered at BHS. We have had a curricular dance program and satellite activities since 1994. Students participate in several different ways, depending upon their goals, experience, and needs. Those who are interested in studying dance during the school day and earning arts credits can take dance classes all four years of their high school career, beginning at Dance I and continuing to the IB level. Those who are interested in pursuing dance technique and performance beyond the school day can try out for the Dance Team and Dance Company. Those who are interested in increasing the opportunities for other students to experience dance and belonging to a group of dance lovers, can join the Dance Club. |
