I am so happy to be your child's first grade teacher! I have been teaching for sixteen years. I have taught First Grade for eight years. I have two "adult" children. My son, Bill, is 23 and my daughter, Carly, is 21. My favorite hobbies are reading, playing golf and gardening.

100 Book Challenge will be your child's most important homework assignment.  Our first graders will be required to read for 15 minutes every night. They will also be required to review their high frequency word cards each night.
