Miss Bartlett grew up in Johnson City, where she participated in their Orchestra program starting in 3rd grade.  She played violin for a couple of years before finding the instrument she really loved - THE BASS! She has been playing bass now for more than 20 years, seems like a long time, but she started young! (in 6th grade)  Currently Miss Bartlett teaches at MacArthur and Roosevelt Elementary schools. She also teaches lessons for BCC and has private students.  She enjoys playing her bass, and plays in the Binghamton Community Orchestra.  She enjoys spending time with her cats, Lulu and Spaghetti, and making beaded jewelry.
