BCSD board appoints new member to fill vacancy

At its regular meeting Tuesday, June 17, the Binghamton City School District Board of Education unanimously voted to appoint Christina Archie-Brown to fill a vacant seat on the board. She will fill the post until the next election, which will take place in May 2013.

The vacancy was created as a result of the resignation of Thomas Gray, who has served the district since 2010. Gray is moving from the district.
