100 Book Challenge News

100 Book Challenge is a program your child will be involved in through 5th grade here at MacArthur Elementary.  As a Kindergartener, your child is expected to read a minimum of 15 minutes with you each night.  Your child comes home with two different books, leveled for their individual reading ability, that he or she has chosen to read.  After reading each book several times through with you, your child can log the titles into their 100 Book Challenge log book.  Once they have done this, please sign your signature in the space provided so this reading time can be counted towards your child's goal.  Each semester your child should be reading a minimum of 100 books.  Let's all reach 400 by June!
