Marathon Cross Country Invitational

Senior Ian Tolan finished first among 171 runners in the varsity boys' unseeded race at the Marathon Cross Country Invitational Saturday, leading the Patriots to a fifth place finish in the 24 team field. Ian's time for the 5,000 meter race was 17 minutes 18 seconds. Rounding out Binghamton's top five were Graeme Gowland in 20th place, Jabril Robinson in 25th, Pedro Arias in 31st, and Josh Barber in 105th. Georgia Westbrook's 25th place finish paced the Patriots in the varsity girls' unseeded race, while Michael Muzzey was tops among Binghamton's JV boys, finishing sixth.
