By joining the PTA, you show your support for the many events the PTA sponsors (including the Fall Festival, featuring the famous "Haunted Hallway" - our biggest social event and fundraiser of the year!). By joining, you also support our vision to coordinate an understanding between parents and the administration of the importance of supporting our children in school activities. You'll be informed about educational issues, in order to better understand and support our school, the school district, and our children! Did you know that your $5.00 membership fee helps us send your child on the following educational field trips during their years at MacArthur.....Ross Park Zoo and Bowling (Kindergarten), Cole Park Picnic (1st grade), Syracuse Zoo (2nd grade), Syracuse Sciencecenter/IMAX Theatre (3rd grade), Erie Canal Museum in Syracuse (4th grade), and Philadelphia (5th grade). Please print and fill out the form below. Include your $5.00 membership fee and return both items to your child's teacher.
