All students entering the Binghamton City School District for the first time (or moving back into the district) must register at the Pupil Services Office, located at 98 Oak Street behind Binghamton High School. Enrollment forms are available in the Pupil Services Office, can be mailed to parents/guardians upon request, or are available electronically using this link:

Parental proof of identity, proof of student's age (birth certificate), residency (two forms) and immunization records are required at the time of registration.

Regular Office Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Summer Office Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Every spring, we hold a special kindergarten registrationat each school building the child will attend.  This is a great chance for parents and children to meet some of the people they will work with during the year.

Children must be five years old on or before December 1, 2013 in order to enroll for the 2013-14 school year. 

Parental identification, proof of age (birth certificate) residency (two forms) and immunization records are required at the time of registration.
