2012-2013 BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING SCHEDULE

All regular meetings will be held the 3rd Tuesday of the month (except for Feb 2013 which will be the 2nd Tuesday and May 2013 which will be the 4th Wednesday - see list of dates below).

Meetings generally start at 7:00 PM (unless otherwise noted) and are held in the 3rd Floor Board Room of the Columbus School located at 164 Hawley Street.

Subject to the Freedom of Information Act, district records, as well as any proposed resolution, law, rule, regulation, policy or any amendment thereto, that are scheduled to be the subject of public discussion by the Board of Education during an open meeting (hereinafter "agenda items") shall be made available to the public prior to the meeting.

 

Agenda items received by the District Clerk at least 48 hours prior to such meeting shall be posted on the district’s website and shall remain posted for seven (7) business days after such meeting.***

 

Requests for copies of agenda items must be made to the Records Access Officer at least one (1) business day before the meeting.  Copies will be made for a reasonable fee as determined in the same manner as provided for in the Public Officers Law. ~ See Policy # 9010
